The Blueprint Events organizes, plans and executes your entire event. This includes managing your guest list, suppliers, stage production, catering, venues and other items, lodging, transportation.

Planning and Decor

The Blueprint Events organizes, plans and executes your event according to the providers you have previously contracted. This also includes the complete decoration of the event and in case of a wedding, the flower arrangements to decorate the space.

Floral design

You can contract the Floral Design service of The Blueprint Events so that we can advise you throughout the process of selecting flowers, color palette and variety of designs. All flower arrangements vary according to the tastes of each couple. Also, its value is proportional to the sizes and types of flowers used.

From the following options for catering your event, select the ones you want to incorporate:

Snacks / appetizers

After the ceremony you can greet your guests with a variety of appetizers or canapés before moving on to the formal reception. You can offer snacks either charolean by waiters or at the station, you also have the possibility of having gourmet ham and cheese boards so that your guests’ experience is even better.

Food

Whether you’re hosting lunch or dinner at your event, you can keep it as casual or as formal as you like. Keep in mind that the entrance and main course should always be included, or even two main courses if the event is luxurious.

Service

Currently the three most used services in events of more than 100 people are the dish served at the table, the buffet and the Family Style or shared in the center of the table. Each of these has a different value since it must be taken into account that the waiter service varies.

Dinnerware

The tableware includes crockery, cutlery and glassware for the event. For a wedding, 9 items are used in total and their cost varies depending on whether the items are standard or deluxe.

Bar

The barman service is normally included in the waiter service, however the Bartender service, who makes a show when preparing a cocktail, is an additional service.
